YOUTH 2000 SUMMER YOUTH FESTIVAL All 16-35 yr olds are invited to attend the Youth 2000 Summer Festival in Clonmacnoise close to Athlone from Thursday 14th to Sunday 17th August. The festival is being organised by young people for young people and will consist of music, drama, key speakers, workshops, games, prayer and free time for walks or chilling out. The event is being run on a donation only basis and there are free buses available. For more information contact the youth coordinator at 7126 4087 or check out the website www.youth2000.ie . Free bus from Derry, leaving the car park of Holy Family Church, Ballymagroarty on Thursday 14th August at 2.00 pm. Returns Sunday.

SPIRITUALITY COURSE A one-year Practical Theology course, “Points of Intersection” will be held in Thornhill Centre each Monday from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm beginning on 6 October 2008. This course is an opportunity to search out who we are, who we are called to be and how we relate to God and one another. For more details please telephone 7135 1233.

THE SISTERS OF ST JOHN would like to invite you to 3 spiritual conferences given by Fr Gregoire of the Brothers of St John the evenings of the 3rd , 4th and 5th August, followed by a pilgrimage to Knock Shrine led by Fr Gregoire from the 6th to 8th August.
